On the other hand, it has a perhaps more valuable benefit, which is to induce controlled ripening of fruits, similar to how it would occur on the tree. The Open-Air Factor causes stress on the fruit, leading to increased sugar and antioxidant levels, exponentially enhancing its taste and nutritional properties.
