Check the LEDs, they should be on. If not, check the fan. If you feel a slight vibration, the device is functioning, but there may be a problem with the indicators. Contact AOP-Technologies for a solution. There is an indicator that the peroxide cartridge is depleted. Check it by removing it from its housing and replace it if necessary.
