It is possible that when you connect your device, the light shows red until it starts taking appropriate readings. It may also happen if you are using cleaning or cosmetic products in your home, since except for ecological ones, many contain unhealthy volatile substances. PUROH will detect them and show red. But you should only be concerned if PUROH continues to show red after a few minutes. If so, it means that the source of contamination is greater than the higienizing factor of PUROH. This should happen only occasionally.
